I made a modification of the inflammation recipe this morning: spinach, banana, pineapple, ginger, chia and extracted sour cherry juice topped to the max line with chilled green tea. So good! My knees have been quite achy these past several days, so I'm hoping for some relief, but in the meantime, delicious!

Sounds like a winner! I'll have to give it a try :)
