proper food storage

I love my new machine but as I live alone I find that I waste a lot of fresh food (don't use it up fast enough)  and    Is there a publication that addresses storage of goji berries, chia, hemp , etc?  What is the shelf life ?   Seems most items come in quantities too big to be used up in a reasonable time, whatever that time is.

Is freezing a good idea? or, maybe it isn't neccessary .  thx.

For nuts or seeds I would suggest putting them in a cool, dark space or you can store them in the fridge. Goji berries are ok to keep in a pantry, no need to refrigerate. Freezing fruits and greens is a great way to ensure your items last longer and will be nutrient rich when you are adding them to your Blasts.
I called the place where I get my goi berries etc and they told me the shelf life is 6 months in a dark cool place or in the fridge.
