can I add the seed of the apple or pear of they should not be added to the blast?

it aslo states that a lot of vitamins are on the peel, can I use the banana, Orange, mango, peels, what fruits can I use the peels and what fruts I should not use.? watermelon, canalope, pineapple?

Can I use the insice of the mango seed thaty is soft to use in my blast, how about watermelon canalope seed?

this are just a few of all my questions, thanks

I just started using the Nutribullet. I have tried some of the mixtures and have found some harsh going down such as acidy. I am staying away from the strawberries and kale for now. I also have found that I can't fit all the ingredients in the tall cup all at once for a recipe; so, I put some of them in, blend it, then add the rest and blend. It works just fine. Right now I am just trying the Toxic Cleansing Blast. Tasty. Is this okay to use for detoxifying or should I go with the 7-day Basic Detoxifying Plan?

I would suggest the 7 day detoxifying plan, this will give you more variety than just the detoxifying cleansing blast.
Hai. I am looking for HairHai. I am looking for Hair support recipes. pl. give me information. Thanks.
I just started using my Nutri Bullet. I have looked through the books, but I could not find any place if lemons, oranges or grapefruit should be peeled. I know there are some Maschines out there that are able to liquefy the peel. Is that true for the Nutri Bullet.
I have the same question . Hope somebody answers!
found out that the avocado pit is actualy good if used ground up look at this Link http://www.livestrong.com/article/31737-eat-avocado-seeds-nutrition/
Thank you, I will try the 7 day detoxifying plan instead of just the blast.

Hair health can depend on several factors. A lot of the times it has to do with genes and hormones. However, there are some foods you can eat that may help. Some important nutrients include antioxidants, protein and healthy fats like omega-3s, vitamin E, biotin. Try adding walnuts, berries, cooked sweet potato, tomato, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, avocado, lemons, lentils or other beans, Brazil nut for selenium, antioxidant-rich berries, cabbage, cucumber, red pepper, and celery. Here is a prep chart that will help answer a lot of your questions: http://www.nutriliving.com/infographics/extraction-prep-chart Prepping and freezing the fruit actually helps preserve some of the nutrients. This is a great way to keep ingredients fresh and have colder Blasts. I would suggest always removing the core of an apple or pear. I would discard seeds as well. You can you watermelon seeds, those actually have some protein in them!
Ive been using my NB for quite some time now but have the same consistent problem. Too much bloating and hmmmmm, other problems that go with bloating. Any suggestions?

Question - just received my nutribullet, when I washed everything 2 rubber gaskets fell out of something. I am using them with the covered containers. Is this where they are meant to be used? I have used the blades with the cups and no leaking without them, so I just want to be sure where they go.
