Quitting Smoking and not gaining weight

I've been a smoker for most my life and am on a path to better health and this is the only thing left to quit as I am Vegan for almost a year now and enjoying NB that i have gotten for an early Christmas present but would like any advise on herbs,vegetables or anything else that will lessen the nicortine withdrawals that come along with quitting. Besides the terrible affects of quitting smoking I don't want to gain weight as has happened in the past failed attempts.


Becky congratulations! Quitting smoking will add many quality years to your life. The NutriBullet is going to be a big help. I know people that have used the following methods to clean as in your particular situation.
