Ready to Roll!
Hi everyone. This is day 3 with my nutribullet and I am loving it! I've always had problems with getting enough veggies and I believe I have found my answer. About 5 years ago, I lost a significant amount of weight and then experienced injury after injury and surgery after surgery (no exaggeration). I found that I know how to lose weight but I don't have a clue about maintaining weight loss. Now that my "orthopedic injury phase" is hopefully over, I'm ready to get going again after having gained back much of what I lost while I was injured. I know that exercise is key for me and my head is finally in the "right" place to go at it again. This time down the scale, I will correct the mistakes that I made the first time, lose the weight, and figure out the maintenance phase! I'm looking for a few other serious people who are ready to get busy and travel down the scale together.
