Recipe question

For breakfast,I would like to put together, spinish,banana,pineapple ,strawberries,green grapes,cinnamon and pumpkin seeds,with almond milk,unsweetened ..is thus too much?and would it control my late morning hunger?and would this hive me energy?thanks..

My blasts every morning are very similar to your recipe and I love it! \Keeps me going till 4 p.m. before I eat again!
Ok,so,I'm not putting too much sugar,as long as it does up my sugar level,I don't have diabetic ,but I don't want to raise it.hopefully this will help me move around all morning.sometimes I am too busy to have breakfast,but a shake is do-able for me..Ty for responding..
