Hi. I have noticed that when there is a question asked in the comments section of the recipes that it may or may not ever get answered. I realize that it must be very tedious searching through the recipes to see what new questions have arisen. Usually I am asking questions prior to making a nutriblast and when my question doesn't get answered, I often do not make that nutriblast until I'm sure about its ingredients or how to prepare them. So, my question is, what is the quickest way to get a recipe question answered by an expert?

Ask the question in the "ask the dietitian" forum. That is our top priority to answer.
Hi, I have been using both ginger root and turmeric in my blasts pretty regularly. Both have a little bit of skin or bark. Does anyone know if they are supposed to be peeled before hand or just used as is.

I just give mine a good rinse and throw in the whole thing, skin and all!
Oh, ok. Thank you!
I have just purchased my NutriBullet and am not sure what is considered a meal. Is the Toxin Cleansing Blast one or two servings?

All recipes (unless otherwise noted) are for one serving. Most use one tall Blast as a meal replacement, however follow your hunger fullness cues and if you can't finish, then save the rest for later. Everyone is different so keep in mind your nutrient and calorie needs.
