These foods boost the immune system greatly.
I would be using lots of leafy greens like spinach, kale, swiss chard, broccoli, spirulina, raw cocoa, raw honey, raw apple cider vinegar, ceylon cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, raw goat yogurt or coconut yogurt for probiotics, Shiitake, maitake, and reishi mushrooms, sweet potatoes, garlic, onions, apples, goji berries, strawberries and black tea, also make you get lots of omega 3's from salmon, sardines, chia or flax seeds and walnuts.
Sleep is very important, at least 7 hours of sound sleep per day.
Plenty of water
Stress reduction is super important, Stress lowers our immune function.
Sugary foods and processed foods also lower our immune function greatly.
