Mine fell out, too, when I was swish-washing it. I just washed it gently and fitted it back into place; it doesn't seem to have affected the performance. Are you having trouble with your Nbullet?
Om glad its not only my rubber/seal gasket that came or . But since replacing it myself theres certainly been no pros . A thing im not sure about is the 1 yrs guarentee, should I wait till that nearly expired then purchase the extended 4yr guarentee, which shall I do as ive still got 10months on original one I got with my Nutribullet...... Feedback appreciated please thanxx
I have not used the NB since it came out. I will try tomorrow morning...
It has not affected the performance, but yes it came out again this morning!
Same problem & only had it a couple of weeks. Too bad they haven't provided an answer.
My daughters came out, got chopped up, and her teenage son drank a piece of it.
I've also had my Nutribullet two weeks and the rubber gasket has popped out of place twice, I just gently put it back, tucked it down in place with a spoon handle and it doesn't seem to be a problem. Probably not a bad idea to clean under it now and then anyway.
If you have any issues with your unit, call Customer Service at 855-346-8874. They can help you figure this out. Sometimes it's a simple fix. They're open everyday from 9-8pm EST.
My O-ring fell out and I can't get it back in. I've tried using a spoon, dull edge of a knife, etc. but it won't stay in, it just pops out. I suppose I should call customer service, unless someone has an easy answer. It is very frustrating.
I haven't even used my NB yet, just washed it, and the rings fell out! I don't know which way to put them in. Anyone have any pictures?

Mine fell out during use and wrapped around the blades. I have not used it since then. I was hoping the neg reviews would not happen to me...
My rubber ring also came out and was floating in my container afer making a blast tonight. Will contact customer service & hope they replace it. My unit is only 2 months old.

The rubber gaskets came out of mine also when I was washing it for the first time. Now they won't go back in again. Is there a trick to get them back in without damaging them?
My rubber ring came off this morning as well while I was making a blast. I have had mine for about a month and have used it approximately 10 times. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but I doubt it. We shall see.
I was glad mine came out when it did. It was actually getting moldy underneath so I was able to wash it well and dry it well before putting it back in. I would suggest simply lining it up and putting it back in. Like most older blenders the gasket works as a seal between parts to help prevent leakage.
As a side note: Read the section on cleaning your nutribullet. It talks about taking out the rubber ring.
If under warranty, customer service will replace it with "new, improved" extractor blade part. However, customer has to pay shipping & tax. I was not told this & have been waiting 4 weeks for delivery. I bought my unit in Nov. 2013, & was told this is the improved model, so the gaskets still are a problem with the re-designed extractor blade unit. I refuse to pay another cent to nutribulet, and, most likely, will return or exchange the nutribullet to the store where purchased. In the meantime, try pouring water in the bottom of the extractor base prior to using.

Mine came out the day I purchased it, although I found it pretty easy to put it back in with the tip of my index finger. During the five weeks I've had the 900 series the rubber gasket has come out approx once per week, and always when I overfilled the cup. I personally believe that taking the ring out periodically and washing it is a good idea anyway.
you can not only take off the gasket with the end of a teaspoon to wash it, but could get one of those little brushes that come with a baster to wash under the blades and inside under the gasket

I just got my NB about a week ago and the seal came out a couple times. This sounds like a good suggestion, if the seal is wet will create less friction and seal better. Am a mechanic, I see it like when you install an oil filter on the car, you must wet the seal with oil to keeping from having two dry surfaces trying to seal, Am trying it next time. Thanks,
i received a "new and improved " extractor and the o ring comes out consistently !!!!
I purchased a 600 series from television and the gasket came out of the extractor blade and the 2 cover tops. Impossible to get back on! That is a design flaw. My old Oster blender has a removable gasket so cleaning it is easy with a little warm soap and water. I also will use a dilution of water and Clorox to keep it really clean- you don't want mold to develope! Customer Service did send me a new extractor and cup with new gaskets for price of shipping. I made a BLAST for a friend and she went out and bought a NEW 900 series and the gasket came out of the extractor on the 3rd day. Customer Service sent a replacement for cost of shipping. I really like the extra POWER in the 900 Series!! Other than the Gaskets the NutriBullet is AWESOME and a LIFESAVER!
I don't know what series blaster I have, I suppose it is the 600 series although I would love the 900 series but I will wait until I hear more about these things. I think it was the 600 series that I saw on TV. It sounded great to me. But I was looking for a blender while having work done on my teeth.
Mine have also come out, and I lost them both.. I have the 900 pro. I loved it until this happened. I don't want to wait 4 weeks for replacements.
It depends how it comes out. If it comes out while you are blasting and it gets into the food that is not good. I thought the ice cubes hadn't been blasted but they had and I kept blasting every other 60 seconds but It happened to me once. But other than that I like mine to be clean and the blades to be very clean. But the gasket didn't seem to be harmed while it was being blasted in the food.
what happens if you do clean the washer and than it gets damaged, will they still replace it?
does the 900 series gasket come out easier?
Candygirl and Sbulla, We have sent you private messages. Happy Blasting!
My gasket came out the 2nd time I used my NutriBullet. I was able to put it back in, but it comes out quite often (after blasting when I unscrew the blade assembly from the cup) & I've only had the unit 2 weeks. I have NOT over filled. I am hoping it doesn't worsen. I certainly do not think it is fair for a consumer to have to pay shipping to replace a defective part.
Hi, We are sorry that youHi, We are sorry that you are having this issue. Please contact Customer Service at 855-346-8874 for assistance. They are open seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
My gasket also came out. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it when I screwed it on. I now have a minced gasket.
I have not had any problem with a gasket. Do not even know what it is, do not know where it is located, and have no idea what it does. I wish your User Guide would show a picture or diagram describing its function, how to install it if it pops out, how to clean it, etc. Good luck to Users experiencing this problem.
This must be a known issue as I just got an extractor replacement in August, 2014 because it stopped working. The replacement I received now, the rubber seal comes off during the blast. This did not happen with the original one that came with my unit. I am on hold now for customer service for assistance.
Kim @Customer Service was great! Thanks for the help!!!
Same issue with the Pro. The washer fell out almost the second time I used it. Today it fell out and I didn't notice until I drank half way down and spotted it floating around. Glue it in place perhaps?? Design fault. The old unit it replaced did not have this problem.
