Settlings in my drinks

When I fill my nutribullet, I normally use fresh spinach, fresh kale, pineapple chunks, cut up banana, chopped apple, cut up orange and either water or apple juice and I never go pass the max line. I run it for a minute. I refrigerate the drinks and when I get it, there is always some type of settling that remains in the bottom of my drink. How can I avoid this?

Drink it right away .
I don't think you can actually avoid the settling that remains in the bottom of the drink, but you can fix it by quickly using the nutribullet and re-blast it for a second or 2. If you don't have access to the nutribullet, just put the lid on and shake it a little, that's what I do when I'm at work... Oh and I've read that is better if you refrigerate the contents inside the cup before blasting it than if you refrigerate after the blast is done, that way it will lose less nutrients.

The best way to avoid this is to drink your Blast right after you blend it. Another option is to put a chunk of banana or avocado in your Blast and that may help hold things together.
I make my nutri bullet shake before I go to work because Im up at 4am but only drink my shake at 8 or 9...because it makes so much I drink about 1/4 of it right away then ...this might seem nuts.. but I transfer my shake to the smaller magic bullet cup and I take my magic bullet to work so that I can add a scoop of protein shake to the cup and give it a whirl in the magic bullet!!!
