so i been blasting since jan 1. been doing well. i lost like 5 lbs already. one or two blast a day and a sensible meal like a salad with chicken/shirmp or chicken with vegetables. but when i do the blast i just kind of wing it. 


i want to know some good tasting recipes. thank u in advance:)

I usually wing it too, but One that I use a lot is: Baby spinach leaves - about a cup 1 banana 1/2 cup pineapple 1/2 cup strawberries 1/4 cup wild blueberries 1 tablespoon flax seeds fill to line with water or almond milk I chop fruits and freeze them as it makes a better blast in my opinion.... Blueberries I get are already frozen. Tastes really good, but be aware this is higher in carbs with all the fruit!

try 3 bananas.1/4 cup (small cup) black coffee and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Skim milk to the line.It is a great way to get your caffeine and vits and nutrients to start the day off right.
