Simple carrot extract?

Tried to do a simple carrot extract, just water and carrots that were nice and sweet.  The result was drinkable, but more like a fine grind than a juicy product.  Should I put say an apple which mixes well with carrot or banana with it to make it tastier?   Or should I just blast it longer?  (did about 20-30 sec)  Thanks!

Carrots are very fibrous since they are a root veggie so you won't get a fine juice-like consistency. You could strain the final mixture (however that would remove the fiber) or yes, I'd try a banana to help bind and make a smoother consistency. Apple is a bit grainier, mealy (think applesauce) so that might not be what you're looking for.
