Hello there!

Im fairly new to Nutribullet and have been experimenting with flavours  etc. I've read lots online about foods that can aid fertility and hoped someone can share some nutribullet recipes which may help me.

Also looking to find out people's experiences with Maca.

Many thanks.

Maca does not actually contain hormones, but helps to balance hormones - so if used in this manner to help your pregnancy with a Dr.'s blessing, then it may be ok. Maca has not been tested during pregnancy so we can not know if it is completely safe for use during pregnancy. It is said the Peruvians consume maca during pregnancy with no problems; but to be safe we suggest to not use maca during pregnancy or to discuss this with your Dr. before including in your Blasts. Infertility issues may stem from a variety of reasons. I would recommend a wonderful book for a resource called Brighton Baby by Roy Dittmann, OMD, MH. Eating a healthy diet filled with a variety of plant-based foods in general can help balance hormones and keep you at a healthy weight - all which are helpful for conception! For 7 general getting-pregnant tips, check this out from our friends at Food Matters: Also, if you are open to it, yoga has been shown to be extremely beneficial for fertility. I'd suggest looking into a specific class designed for fertility. Oh and this might provide some more useful info!
I was wondering what Foods would help with ovulation induction and also regulating the menstrual cycle so I don't have to take progesterone just to have a period. I ordered the maca powder, which came today. It said, prop 65 could contain lead and be harmful to reproductive health? I thought this was beneficial to help with regulating the cycle. Now, unsure whether to use it or return for refund as I haven't opened it yet.
