The nickname should say a lot.  I have been tried from the drive-thru diet, no fruit and veg.  Any way I have tried baby carrots twice with greens not a good mix.  I went to the store and bought 3 pears, bananas, raw almonds, yougurt, and kale. I totally forgot a receipe book.  My question is how good or bad is this going to be?

I just tested this out: two hand fulls of kale, whole banana, whole pear and couple spoonfuls of greek yougurt and a couple chopped celery stalks. I kept opening, tasting and adjusting. I recomend maybe one handful of kale, the taste can be strong. We need to work up to it. Instead of fighting to drink this I find it nice.
