Trying to purchase items from the store keep getting error message at the end of the process.. Want to order the Blue  limited edition system and seems this is the only place to order.. But it won't complete. The other items I wanted I was able to go to the nutri bullet website to get. But they don't show the blue one on their website.  Please let me know if there is a number I can call to order or when and if the store will get fixed

You can call customer service at 1-855-346-8874. I'll pass this along to our IT dept so hopefully we'll get the issue in the store resolved! Thanks.
The blue NutriBullet should be available now to purchase through the NutriLiving store. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
Do you really have an IT dept? I've been trying to buy from the store for a good week. Getting the same error page at the end of the order. It seems no one is working on the problem. Not a good way to do business.
I made a purchase in the store over a week ago. I never reeceived a confirmation email nor did I see a debit in my checking account for it. (Does anyone know if you should get confirmation emails for purchases made in the store??) SO this past Sunday, I called IT and was told that they did not show a purchase for me. I went online to try the order again and it apparently was successful because the purchase has hit my checking account times 2!!! I have been charged for 2 of the 1 item I purchased. IF I receive 2 and actually like the item, no big deal...SO I am hoping to actually get both items since I am being charged for 2 and I hope that I like the product! LOVE this site, but I have noticed several negative comments on Customer Service...I hope you guys find ways to improve that because I want to see this site prosper!
I can't even do anything in the store - I sent a msg. through the contact tab. I'm logged in but when I go to the store it calls me guest user & to log in, when I click on log in from the store it just sends me back to the home page, where I'm logged in. I even tried another browser, same thing. I had some things I wanted to order. Hoping it will be fixed tomorrow.

That is what I'm scared of, them not finding the order then a double one going through if I try again. I ordered some stuff last night, copied the confirmation # I got, and since it said it would be a couple hours before I received a confirmation email I didn't worry about it. No confirmation as of this morning so I msg'd from here & sent the order number with it. Hoping I hear something back soon, first time ordering from here.

It doesn't show up when I check orders under my account here but as long as it comes........

I am trying to find where I can purchase a new gasket for my milling blade. My gasket was not in the right place and so was cut in two when I milled flax seed this morning. Please let me know if I can purchase this separately or do I have to buy the whole blade?

Please call customer service at 1-855-346-8874. I don't believe they sell gaskets separately, but they can help you get what you need!
