I am very new to making nutriblasts and I was wondering, are you supposed to strain you blasts when needed? Particularly when you use fiberous foods such as apples, celery or carrots?

Don't strain--the beauty of the NutriBullet is we get the whole food, all the important fibrous stuff a juicer leaves to the compost heap!
