OMG this was so good and filling

1 frozen banana

4 frozen strawberries

1/4 cup oatmeal

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use isopure zerocarb)

coconut milk

water

 

I will definately make this one again

Traecy I know its delicious but a few thing to think about to make it a little healthier. I only bring this up because I see you like really sweet smoothies. When making blast think balance. Try adding some avocado, nuts and seeds for fat and using less protein powder. Americans use too much protein which cuts out other healthy nutrients from fats and carbohydrates.
