So, I am just wondering, if we use the superfood superboost in our smoothies, are we still suppose to also use chia seeds, flax seeds, gojji berries, and cacao???? im just a little confused on this one and wanted to get other opinions....

The Superfood Superboost contains maca, chia, goji, and cacaco. If you wanted to add additional boosts, it won't hurt, but it isn't necessary :) If I were you I'd add in some other boosts that aren't already in the blend. Maybe some cashews, chlorella, or sunflower seeds! Or if you just want an extra boost of goji, add some more of that one ingredient. It is your Blast and you can make it how you want it!
ok great, thank you so much!

I bought the superboost and I received the automatic shipment for 3 months, but I had to cancel it 'cause I have way too many bags now, I haven't been able to finish the first bag yet. I read somewhere that you're not supposed to use the macca powder every single day and the superboost contains macca, besides, I'm the only one in my house who uses it. So my question is, can I use the superboost with any other liquid, like water or some kind on milk? if so, is it ok to drink it at night or during a workout?

Roberto - You are correct about the maca. I'd suggest taking a break from it every now and then. While the amount in the Superboost is low, it may still be a good idea to switch it up every now and then. Maybe try 30 days on, then a week or two off. Or maybe use the maca for 4 days, then 3 days off. Whatever suits your schedule. Yes, you can use the Superboost with water or a milk alternative or any other liquid you'd like for that matter. It tastes like chocolate, however I feel it is better in a NutriBlast with the compliments of other ingredients. Yes, you can drink it at night or during a workout. The maca and cacao have a somewhat stimulating effect for some people, so it may not be right for you to drink before bedtime. You'll have to experiment with that. :)
