I find the superfood powders show very little of the nutrient values.  If the contents are so great with ingredients like chia etc., why don't they give the values?

The average serving size is about 1-2 tsp which is not a lot of volume so the nutrient content will not be as high. Feel free to throw in an extra scoop or two.
Doesn't make sense how much, even a teaspoon has nutrients.

You're right! The thing is a lot of our superfoods contain nutrients like phytonutrients and antioxidants that are not listed on a standard Nutrient Facts Panel. http://www.nutriliving.com/ingredients/chia-seeds The healthy fats and protein are not very high due to the small serving size as Sarah mentioned. I like to add about 2 Tbsp to my Blasts :)
