Sweet potato smoothie
Here is a delicious option for getting those sweet potatoes in. Sweet potatoes are really a complete food. This is so yummy!
Half of a cooked sweet potato
About 1/8 of a cup of desecated coconut
1 little half inch nub of ginger (optional)
2 cups of almond milk (use whatever kind of milk you prefer)
1/4 tsp of Chinese Five Spice (cinnamon, clove, fennel, star anise, and white pepper) you don't taste any pepper
2 Tbsp of ground black chia seeds
1 1/2 Tbsp of pure maple syrup
Splash of vanilla
Blend in Nutribullet until smooth.
