Sweet treat but is it good for you..

I put this together,and I love it,but I'm afraid it will hype my sugar,looking for some input....blue berry,red grapes,raspberries,orange 1/2, black berries,1/2 banana,and water.. What do guys think,it's a once a week drink until I find out if it's a good combo..ty

Looks tasty but there is a lot of fruit in your Blast. I would suggest adding 1 cup of spinach and remove the red grapes and oranges. Add some healthy fat to balance blood sugar. Here is my suggestion for a revised, slightly healthier version of your awesome Blast: 1 cup spinach blue berries raspberries blackberries 1 tbsp hemp seeds 1/2 banana water or coconut water to max line.
