Are there any recipes or ingredients I could use to help reduce this problems?

I would look at your overall dietary intake. Sometimes reducing the amount of sodium you eat throughout the day can help decrease swelling and the amount of water your body retains. You may also want to try include some foods that may have mild diuretic properties like celery, parsley and ginger. However, if you have continued water retention and swelling, I would suggest speaking with your doctor as this could be a sign of something more serious.
Thank you for the advice, I am starting to work with a nutritionist as well, but wanted to include the best foods for this problem.
