I know I feel like a bear in hibernation, stocking up on food and shaking the crumbs off my blankets! I still do what I can, and I definitely keep Blasting, but when I get home, all I want to do is cuddle in bed with NetFlix on. Can't wait for the sun to breakthrough come spring so I can get my energy back!
Hang in there Laura! We always have mroe energy when the sun is out....mostly because of the Vitamin D it produces. So....adding some food sources of Vitamin D to your blasts will help enormously with your diminished energy levels :) For example: add cod liver oil, skim milk, or yogurt to any flavor blasts. Or simply increase your consumption of swordfish, salmon, sardines, and tunafish. You can make wonderful sauces and marinades for grilled fish using your NutriBlast. And of course, as hard as it seems, KEEP MOVING! Exercise is a cure-all when it come to energy production. Even just a little bit each day can make a world of difference!
