Hi

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and Hashimotos, as well as Wilsons Syndrome (Low Temperature).  I would like to know which nutriblast drrinks you suggest to get my thyroid back to normal levels naturally as well as strenghen my immune system, so my TPO Antibodies levels come back to normal. I would appreciate some feedback on this.

thanks

I'd be interested in learning the answer to your questions as well. I have started taking a thyroid med once a day but I'd like to boost my metabolism naturally and get my body temp to where it should be.
Just found another person posting same type of questions...there were links to healthy articles http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/blasting-thyroid-health is just one that I read and am going to try using the foods suggested in it. Cheers !

In addition to the SoapLady's post, here are a few more suggestions. Please be sure to clear it with your endocrinologist prior to starting anything new as these may not be appropriate for your specific needs! http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/healthiest-foods-your-thyroid http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/blasting-thyroid-health A recipe: http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes/butterfly-blast Another recipe: http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes/thirsty-thyroid Kris Carr gives an amazing overview of thyroid health and disorders here: http://kriscarr.com/blog/thyroid-health-symptoms-hypothyroidism-hyperthyroidism/ Hashimoto's is often treated with thyroid hormones. However, here is an excellent read on a holistic approach to dealing with this condition. Dietary and supplement suggestions are toward the end. http://www.baumancollege.org/community-resources/blog/138-hashimotos-article Regarding Wilson's Syndrome, as you know the two are linked and low temp is often a symptom of Hashimoto's. While there is no scientific research on Wilson's Syndrome and it has not made it to official diagnosis status, my suggestion would be to treat the symptoms (fatigue, irritability, hair loss, insomnia, headaches and weight gain, etc.) Try searching for the symptoms you experience and you'll find recipes, articles, and healing foods!
