It is almost February! For Triathletes and Runners this means 'tis the season to ramp up the training regimen again! From a nutritional standpoint this means we will need to balance our dietary intake to reflect a slight increase in training. Even though some of us may still be working our indoors due to cold weather and snowy conditions....we still need to be aware of our bodies' nutritional demands.The need to prime our bodies for what lies ahead in terms of frequency, duration and intensity of training is upon us. Boosting anti-inflammatory and antioxidant intake, as well as macronutrient, fiber and fluid intake is crucial! You will be glad you did when the miles begin to pile on!!

1/4 cucumber

1/4 cup red grapes

1/2 cup spinach

5 strawberries

Water to "max line"

Directions
