2 tablespoons of flax seeds (milled)

One small Granny Smith apple

half of a lemon with rind (no seeds)

half of a cucumber skin and all

one small carrot

One big Leaf of Kale stem and all

2 big Strawberries

One tablespoon of honey,

Blast away Delish

its so funny how the Strawberries stand out more in taste then any of the other suoperfoods I put in

even if the are just a couple, lol

That's true one or two strawberries really kick the flavor up, more when they are frozen.
