Tuesday and Wednesday Recipes

For those of you who couldn't get the PDF to download, here are the recipes for the next two days. 

Tuesday and Wednesday are basically all the same except your "dessert" Blast at 1pm changes :)

Here is the one for Tuesday @ 1pm:
Coco-Avocado Blast
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 8 raw walnuts
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 Tbsp raw cacao powder or nibs
- 1 Tbsp rolled oats (optional)
Almond milk to the max line

AND Then...Wednesday's 1:00pm:
Kiwi Nana Mint
1 cup spinach
1 kiwi (peeled)
1/2 banana
3 mint leaves
1/2 inch ginger
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 avocado
almond milk to the max line

Are the recipes the same as Monday except for these changes?

Yes! The only NutriBlast that changes is the 1pm Blast :)
Will someone please tell me what size these are made in....the largest one?? It seems like a lot for the 1:00 pm. I am only on Monday (a day late) and I can't find anywhere what size bullet to put it in.

The recipes are for the large cup. The NutriBlast at 1pm is more substantial to help get you over the hump. If you feel that you do not need as much, then Monday's NutriBlast at 1pm will fit in the smaller cup. Feel free to not finish the whole thing for any of them. It is there if you find you are hungry, but not necessary that you finish it all.
