Updating product serial #
due to a fire in our home, I juat replaced our nutribullet and when I went out and registered it the folling came up stating (Sorry, we could not create your NutriLiving.com account at this time. Please visit the website NutriLiving.com and t ry to register your membership there. We apologize for the inconvenience.)....I realize now I already have an account back before the fire in March and could not create with the e-mail used for my warranty. Is there away I can change the serial number on my product, or should I just create another accouont with a different e-mail. I would like to make certain and receive my 6 months free account with my new purchase.
