I've sent emails complaining about the binding in the User Guide. It just fell apart and my pages are all loose. I wrote to Customer Service and they repeatedly asked for my Bar Code Number,i.e., my Serial number, date of purchase, etc. -- as if they know nothing of the information which I supplied in my very first email. They even asked for a copy of my receipt! All of which is ridiculous as I had already Registered my unit online to take advantage of the extra 3 month warranty. Why do you put us through this hassle? Isn't my Registration enough proof that my purchase was legitimate? Looks like they treat the User Guide as if it was the actual Nutriblast unit!
