Veggie-Heavy NutriBlast

I try to eat more veggies than fruit in the afternoon, because I eat most of my fruit in the morning when I have time to burn off the excess sugar. I know know fruit comsumption in the afternoon is not a bad thing, but I try to stick to more veggies...

 

Can anyone point me in the direction of veggie-only and/or veggie-heavy NutriBlasts? I'm looking for variety from my usual.

my breakfast and lunch veggie blasts have a little bit of everything I can fit it there but they sure are tasty. spinach kale cucumber radish carrot celery broccoli red cabbage lemon parsley dill beet ginger small roma tomato piece of garlic a splash of Worcestershire sauce slice of soft tofu low sodium beef stock for the liquid a few ice cubes chia and flax seeds a few grind of sea salt
