Hello, I'm a 36 year old woman, mom of 2 little ones, youngest one is 11 months (so I'm still trying to get those pesky baby lbs off)...

I've been blasting for about 2 weeks now... Just 2 blasts a day... Morning blast is apple, w/ a hand of mixed greens, tablespoon of walnuts, water, and a little drizzle of honey.  In the evenings I have canteloup w/ cucumber, honey, and green tea. My diet for the most part has remained the same... Then why on earth have I gained 8 lbs??? It just doesn't make sense to me, I have never gained 8 lbs in 2 weeks before in my life, EVER! NOT EVEN DURING MY FIRST TRIMESTER OF BOTH PREGNANCIES WHERE ALL I COULD STOMACH WAS TOASTED BAGELS W/ LOADS OF BUTTER 3 TIMES A DAY!!!  Please share your experiences with me???

If you have added 2 Blasts into your diet and not decreased your overall calorie intake to account for the added Blasts, then weight gain would make sense. I would have your morning Blast and try adding a scoop of protein, here is a great article that can help you pick out the right one for you: http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/which-protein-powder-best-you. I would also suggest checking out some of our weight loss forums, there are great discussions on there and different tips on how to lose weight: http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/weight-loss http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/why-you-arent-seeing-weight-loss-results-scale
