 I just received my NutriBullet and I hope you can help me a starting point.  I am excited about making my first blast.  As i stated in my subject column where i would like to start, can u help?

One of the main purpose of me buying the nutriblast is to gain some weight. How can you help me with that. i really want to gain some pounds in a healthy way.
