Which superfood is responsible for the sudden burst of energy I had this morning :)?

Last night I had 1/4 tsp maca and 1 tbsp goji berries for the first time. I havent stopped moving since I got up. So which one is responsible?

Typically people see that kind of energy when they start using Maca. It is important to cycle your maca use so your body doesn't get use to it and you can still see the same energy boosting results. Try using it for a couple weeks then taking a break for a week.
Thanks. Ive already figured that out. Usually Im asleep by 8 or 9 at the latest. I work in Law Enforcement and am usually on the job when most people are just turning over. Well I had maca in a dinner drink last night and was still up at midnight looking for something to do lol. The daytime energy burst in wonderful as long as Im SUPPOSED to be alert at that time.....needless to say, I wont do that again. I will stick to chia in the evening.
Does Maca work like caffeine like that?????? Instant energy?!
Uhhhhh....it did for me but Ive learned not to use it in the evening hours

It was really great to come across your post Tracey as it sounds as though it is Maca I am greatly in need of Ty. If anybody else knows what foods can create the same effect as I have no oooommmph at all and have not had for since I cannot remember when :(
