Yoga Poses - 3 Day Spring Cleanse

At the end of the cleanse plan, I see there are some yoga poses listed - it says if you do the whole routine, it takes about 10-15 minutes.  Can you elaborate more on how many reps of the poses to do, how many breaths to hold the pose for?

I would usually suggest holding a pose for about 5-10 breaths. Of course, each pose is different and some people may be able to hold it for longer or shorter. Cat/cow, child's pose and corpse pose can usually be held longer than the others. Go thru a round and if you notice it only took about 5 minutes, go around again (however, only do corpse pose one time at the end of your final round).
