Your Favorite Breakfast Blast and Evening Blast

howdy folks!  i am about a month into blasting and am looking for some ideas ~

i will have a blast in the morning for breakfast and because i am gone all day will have a 2nd blast in the evening usually for dinner.

i have played around some but i thought i'd get some ideas from YOU ...

what do you find your most favorite blast for breakfast and for the evening?

what do you use as protein?

 

 

For protein, I'll usually add in either some hemp seeds, some almond butter, some walnuts or cashews, cooked quinoa, pumpkin seeds, or a plant-based protein powder. Check out this article for some powder options: http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/which-protein-powder-best-you This is one of my favorite recipes: Handful of spinach 1/2 frozen banana 3-4 slices peach (or mango) 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1 Tbsp coconut flakes Drop of vanilla extract Sprinkle of cinnamon 1 Tbsp hemp seeds 1/2 cup coconut water 1 cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened) Enjoy!
