Ok so how do you decide which blasts to use, if your specific issues, ie weight loss , diabetes, candida whatever your issue may be, you see all these great recipes and then its like hmmm ok now what to choose. How long do you use that particular blast  for and what not? Follow me? any advice would be great thanks!

There's no set amount of time that a Blast should be consumed for. For some, they notice a difference right away and for others it may take a bit longer. I'd say Blast what you're in the mood for or with what ingredients you have on hand :) I tend to do a sweeter one in the afternoon (to give me the instant energy boost I need to get thru the day - I don't drink coffee and don't think it should be used for energy) and a more veggie-based one in the morning since I naturally have energy at that time. But that is just me, your body may be different. It is important to vary things up every now and then so you can reap the benefits of a variety of produce and nutritional boosts.
