Should I add spirulina to my daily diet?
So I'm not sure if someone has already asked this in here (I'm new) but I'm looking to get some advice on Spirulina. I bought the Nutribullet yesterday and have decided to make a change to a healthier lifestyle. I heard about Spirulina and it's claims as a superfood. I did pretty extensive research and went with a brand that produces it from Hawaii.
I would love to know what everyone's thoughts are on it as part of a daily diet. I've just started taking it today (added a serving to a smoothie this morning) so I personally have no input on it yet, but the claims it makes were too good to pass up trying. Thanks!
