Why aren't I losing more weight?
I've been using the nutri bullet for 2 months and only lost 7ibs. I use it for 2-3 meals a day everyday it's all I eat except 2 times a week I'll have a regular dinner which has been chicken salad on wheat w/ baked chips or 2 pizza slices. For a treat I'll have sugar free fudge pops maybe 8 in total for week. I know there can be many factors to why I'm not losing more weight but was hoping someone had some ideas. Right now I have back problems and haven't been very active at all. I mostly use almonds, goji berries, cacao powder, flax or chia seeds, spinach, kale, celery, carrots, apples, mixed berries, beets, parsley, lemon, ginger, banannas, sometimes tomatoes, pears, cucumbers, and oranges. Almond milk unsweetened vanilla daily 1 1/2cups and coconut water every other day. I only drink water or plain tea daily and soda once a week. Oh and I drink a glass of water a day w/ 1/2 tablespoon of Vitamineral Green. The latest I'll have a blast is at 7pm. Please help! I eat so healthy and really want to see better results in my weight loss!!!! Thanks KendraAlexiis
