A high fiber diet is probably the most important consideration in the treatment and prevention of hemorrhoids. Lucky for you NutriBlasts are filled with fiber! I'd add some additional fiber with supplements such as psyllium which has been shown to be effective for those with internal bleeding hemorrhoids. Start with a small amount and work your way up. In addition, drink plenty of water (especially since the increase in fiber will absorb it) and avoid prolonged sitting or standing in the same position. Reduce animal products (as these are void of fiber), avoid coffee, alcohol, and hot spices as these disturb your intestinal tract. Try this recipe filled with fiber. You can adjust according to what you have or your desired taste. Recipe: 1 cup kale, 1 apple or pear (remove core and seeds), 1/4 cup cooked oatmeal, 1/4 cup puree pumpkin (canned or homemade), 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil (or 1 Tbsp flax meal), 1 tsp psyllium husk powder (you can slowly add more over time - note this will thicken the NutriBlast the longer it sits), 1 Brazil nut (or 10 walnut halves), dash of cinnamon, water to the max line and extract. There are also some topical solutions I'd suggest you look into with your Dr. or a reputable online source. Best of luck!
