How long will a blast stay fresh?

How long will the blasts last?  Are you able to fix the blasts the night before and drink them in the morning?

Official Answer

You can freeze a NutriBlast and thaw it the night before. Enzymes hold up pretty well in the cold freezer (just not in the heat), so freezing is an option. Depending on the ingredients in your NutriBlast, it may keep in the freezer for a few weeks if sealed in an airtight container. When freezing your NutriBlast, do not store it in the NutriBullet cup. Your NutriBlast should be transferred from the cup to an to appropriate freezer-safe container prior to freezing.

This was my question, too. But I don't want to freeze, I want to refrigerate to save time in the morning. Would I lose nutrients if the blast is refrigerated overnight? Juicer myth(?) is drink immediately or you're wasting your time. Thanks!
Nutrients are broken down by oxygen and light, so the faster you can drink your Blast after making, the more nutrient content it will have. Sometimes when Blasts are refrigerated over night, the consistency changes slightly. I would not save a Blast longer than 24 hours.
if i make two in the morning will one of them hold up for a few hours for my break at work ?
Yeah, that should be fine. Just keep them sealed tightly and refrigerated.
I make 3 a day the night before. Then I just grab and go. Starting an all blast diet today(1/16/14) for 30 days. let you all know how it goes. also I have found to keep the blasts from getting too thick. Don't pack it with so many fruits and veggies. I only put in about 6 things 2 stalks of celery 3 pieces of broccoli 4-5 cherry tomato flax seeds boost powder 1/2 green pepper 1/8 cup of blueberries 4-5 slices of beets spinach that's it for breakfast and lunch I make a large cup and split into 2 meals 1/2 cup berries, 1/2 cup mixed frozen fruit 1 whole peeled avocado 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter 1/2 banana 2 tablespoon oatmeal 1 grapefruit cup delmontes water
