What can help with male performance?

I'm in my 50's, in good health with regular gym workouts and a healthy diet. But I am not performing as well as I used to. Went to a doctor to get checked out. He gave me a testosterone test and said all looks normal to him. (for a guy my age). He said it's all in my head? Gave me a viagra sample and said have a few nice home runs to get your confidence back. I really don't want to take performance drugs because I think they are statin drugs and I have read about some side effects that I don't care for. But on the other hand, flying the flag at 75-80% is just not cutting it. I guess my question is:  Is there any thing natural and healthy that I can take to improve blood flow, circulation and get me back in the game. I have been using Cumin, Cinnamon and Turmeric and ginger and have also tried gingko biloba, but nothing seems to work. I am looking for something that will have a definite result with no harmful side effects.

Rockstar I would first recommend you seek medical help and it sound like you have.

I know men that stay away from soy products because they can raise estrogen in males. Add algae like spirulina to your blast, they improve hormonal balance and can help increase male hormones. Also maca powder can help you. However it needs to be alternated, use it every other day.

Other herbs that may help. Again keep your doctor informed if you take them to make sure the do not interfere with any medications or effect other issues you may have.
Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng)
Schizandra Berries

A retired doctor friend of mine, who only eats raw and is very into health,(looks half his age) suggested I try something called "Ester Minus", avail. through an online source. But they want you to sign a membership contract? which I dont like the idea of. Wont give the full company name, but it starts with 'perci... He said my body may have too much of a certain chemical compound or something and this Ester minus releases or reduces it? all new to me?...

Funny thing, I was sipping on my green tea with Soy milk as I read your advice to stay away from soy.
I will definitely add the algaes to my nutribullet.
And check out the Maca powder.
Ginseng has not worked for me in the past.
I will try the schizandra and cistanche.

Rockstar, if you find a good recipe that hides the taste of Spirulina, I'd like to hear about it. I can taste that stuff in my Blast no matter what I do. I have a big bag of powder that I'd love to use. -Steve
Try using 1 frozen banana, 1/4 cup frozen mango, 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp spirulina, 1 tsp hemp seeds, 1 tsp almond butter. That may help mask the flavor! Could even add 1/2 cup of greens in there as well. Let me know what you think!
