Are there recipes tailored to blood types?

Greetings all! Was wondering if anyone knows of recipes and foods that are tailored to blood types. I'm not in the medical field at all, but my intuition is telling me that a person's blood type does matter when deciding what foods to ingest for maintenance, longevity, and correcting obesity.  If there is an archived post about this subject please direct me there. Also, I am A+. Thanks!

There is no research to support this type of diet. While some people may find it helpful for weight loss, there are others who have found no benefit. In addition, there may be other conditions that render additional or conflicting alterations in dietary needs (ex: diabetic, gluten-intolerant, food allergies, etc.)

Here's an article showing a couple studies that have debunked this diet.

With all that being said - if you find that it works for you and it's a healthy, well-balanced diet, then by all means...go for it!
