Any tips for nut allergies and fructose intolerance?
I just got my Nutribullet, and am having to alter some recipes due to food allergies. I am allergic to ALL nuts, and have a fructose intollerance which makes eating fruit difficult. I don't think I can tollerate the taste of veggies only, but this morning's nutriblast with peaches and mango resulted in a serious adverse reaction. Bananas (from previous experience) are a big no as well. Do you have any suggestions for me?
