Can mixing ingredients cause interactions?

I have had my Nutri Bullet for about a month now and I am enjoying it very much. I make 2 or 3 drinks a day along with eating my regular, somewhat healthy meals. I've been trying to eat healthy and organic for over a year now. My question is about the mixing of ingredients in the Nutri Bullet. Is there a possibility of different ingredients interacting with or counteracting other ingredients? Possibly negating the benefits of some ingredients. This mornings blast consisted of more than half of the cup filled with spring mix greens then 6 cubes of fresh pineapple, some blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, a small slice of banana,1 tsp of bee pollen, 1 tsp goji powder,1 tsp hemp seeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 3/4 tsp spirulina, about 6 almonds and 10 cashews, 50/50 of coconut water and filtered water for liquid. All ingredients organic. The other blasts I make today will use pretty much the same base with different fruits, nuts and spices used. The bee pollen and spirulina I use only once a day. I will change up the greens also when I have different ones available.

I would suggest rotating your greens. Oxalic acids in spinach and chard can interfere with the absorption of calcium and magnesium. If you use a variety of greens then this is not something to worry about. Just as long as you are not drinking the same Blast every day for weeks upon end, you will be just fine. It looks like you are getting a great amount of nutrients and kudos to you for making such a healthy Blast!
