What should I do after the Six Week Transformation?
I am in the 5th week of my transformation. I am loving the plan!! I just want to know what I should do in the weeks following the 6 week transformation. Are there specifics on the types of meals I will eat? Do I still have a blast for breakfast and one with lunch? Do I continue the same pattern as in the 6 weeks? I suppose I am asking, what will my meals look like as I prepare for a total life style change and committment? DCDR
