Without knowing specifics, here are some general tips to look further into:

Food allergies may be responsible for repeated ear infections, especially in young children. Testing can be done to pinpoint allergens (foods that trigger an allergic reaction), or all common food allergens can be eliminated from the diet under the supervision of a trained professional. Supplementation of vitamin C, vitamin A, and zinc may also be helpful in warding off infections. Beta-carotene, bioflavonoids (spinach, Brussels sprouts, garlic, broccoli, strawberries) are often helpful, as well.
Consider consuming increased quantities of vitamin C-containing foods, such as kale, mustard greens, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kiwis, papayas and strawberries.

For middle-ear infection in a child, a holistic practitioner may recommend removing common allergens from the diet, including:

dairy products, including milk and cheese
Eliminating heavy proteins and sugars is also recommended.

Ear infections are sometimes caused by a virus so anti-virals like garlic, ginger, and apple cider vinegar could be used in a Blast or meal.
