It is important to be aware of the amount of fruit you are adding. Even though they are all natural some fruits are higher in natural sugars. I usually try and build my blast to have half vegetables and 1/4 fruits. You can focus on low glycemic fruits like apples, pears, cherries, berries, apricots, figs and grapefruits, all have lower sugar content. I think your Blast layout looks pretty good, I love all the superfoods you are adding in!
