Can I use skim milk instead of almond milk?

Recipes for fruity smoothies all say to use almond milk.  People with nut allergies can't do that.  Is there a problem with organic skim milk, or any skim milk?

Official Answer

Nope, if your body can process dairy, then organic, grass fed skim milk is a great option. We find that almond milk works best for most people, but if you are getting a high quality dairy source, it is great to use in your NutriBlast!
