What foods work well for someone without a gallblader?

Hi, I just received the NutriBullet. I had my gallbladder removed back in 1990. I have had problems with Hypothyroidism for many years before I knew about it & even since then and am not on ANY meds at all. I occasionally take OTC Ibuprophen for pain. I am overweight (230lbs or so). I don't have a scale. I am a mother of a 16 year old son. I do not junk out. I don't care much for sweets. I drink distilled water, eat some raw foods, juice veggies with a Breville (got bored with that). I probably don't get enough calories daily. We don't have a lot of money for me to indulge in as much as I need & want to buy as far as berries & other delectible raw foods.

My question is concerning certain foods that do not go well for people with Hypothyroid/gallbladder (not having a gallbladder) problems. Can you please direct me in this area as I want to do the Superfood 6 week Transformation Plan? Thank you. :)

I also have thyroidism and can't have any of these raw, kale, collard greens, cabbage to name a few. I never knew it until someone told me.
Hi Krista. Thank you for your post. I had already scourged this web site concerning thyroid disorders. I was surprised & disappointed to learn that spinach and cruciferous veggies were not good for people with thyroid disorders. I have eaten, juiced & blasted them unknowingly. So sad too. The article concerning the gallbladder was informative. Probiotic supplementing is wise counsel. Again, thank you. :)
