Scott, I just simply make each day a different color concentration, I always have nut and or seeds in my NB's. This is just fun for me. I also add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, cayenne, cocoa, etc...
I always have at least 2 NB's a day and each one may be a little different. the good thing is you can't really mess it up because the foods we use are all good for us!!
For instance on Monday I may focus one NB on all red foods ( I always have a green in each NB) so it may be strawberries, red bell peppers, beets, radish, red kale, blood oraanges, rhubarb, pumpkin seeds coconut water and a protein powder
On Tuesday it may be yellows/oranges. On Wednesday it may be blue/purples.
Sometimes we will make a NB ice cream without dairy by using a little almond milk and frozen fruit with stevia! or raw honey, yum!! Healthy Wishes, Wally Bishop C.N.C.
